About HITES & Keli Hite McGee

Keli Hite McGee founded Hites Consulting Inc., a woman-owned business, in 2002.  Prior to starting her business she was an organizational development professional responsible for hiring other consultants and trainers.  The exorbitant costs of outside companies combined with often disappointing results inspired Keli to start an Alaskan company that can provide the world class knowledge and skills in leadership and employee productivity needed.  Keli has a Masters in Professional Communication from the University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF).  She teaches for the UAF TVC Professional Development program and writes regularly for the Sunday Fairbanks Daily Newsminer Inside Business. Hites Consulting Inc. operates out of Fairbanks, Alaska consulting and coaching leadership teams to meet their mission.
